**** about delivery packaging

I ordered a laptop for my wife's birthday, and when confirming delivery, I specifically asked how the laptop is packaged for delivery, as only my wife can accept the package, and it is a surprise gift for her birthday in 3 weeks time. The operator assured me the package will be in a discreet bag and none of the contents will be visible. <br> When the package came, there was NO bag or any kind of packaging... It is in the retail Lenovo box, and the courier just has waybill stuck on the box.<br> When I phoned them now to clear this up, all they have to say is \sorry for the inconvenience". This is not enough! This is a huge gift"
