Late delivery/ Website contact details not working / No phone response

Good day, I have ordered a package through Axxess on 9 February 2018 at 06.02am. Delivery was to take place within 10 days. On 13 February I received a sms stating my order is being processed and I will receive a call to confirm address. The same day I received a call confirming my address and that delivery will take place between 14 and 19 February. I would also receive a call on the day to confirm delivery. Reference 51099 I have not received a call or taken delivery.

Then I attempted to do an e-mail query from your website. Only to receive a reply "You do not meet the requirements to submit a ticket." Then tried to call.....big mistake. Holding on forever. Tried again later. Call answered and person wanted to do the normal...."ill transfer you routine" Unfortunately calls from Durban to Jhb are not cheap and with the previous experience Id prefer not to go through that excersise again. So I requested if someone can call me to which I got the reply "I'm only reception. I dont know if someone cal call you back" Really???? is this the standard of your first line communication? At least my details were taken. Who knows If I will get a call. At least I see queries are addressed on this page. Thanx for that

All I need to know, is what where in the process my unit is and what date delivery will take place. Surely this can not be so difficult?
