Keep to YOUR delivery dates

Was phoned to organize delivery date, chose 20-01 and received and confirmation SMS for 20-01. On 19-01 9am was SMS'ed that they are delivering between 9am-5pm. Obviously I did not make arrangement for this day but the next.<br> <br> Was later phoned while I was in JHB 65km from office and could not sign for package.<br> <br> Now you send me snotty SMS'ed that I am putting delivery at risk and might cause a cancellation. I am a FNB private client and as such I hope they chose a different partner. Digital planet GFY
