Item not received
I ordered something via FNB last week and I got a notification that my order was with digital banking now this week is almost done and still yet to receive anything only got an sms yesterday morning that my item will be dispatched after I called yesterday more than a week being dispatched???
I might as well come to the offices myself to come collect it because this isn't good service.
