Item has not been delivered.

Good-day<br> I ordered a cellphone through FNB on Monday 20/07/2015. Shortly after i contacted Digital Planet to find out when my package was going to arrive. Within 2 to 3 days was the response that i received. <br> <br> On Tuesday and Wednesday I was unfortunately ill and took those days off so i was not at the delivery address. HOWEVER, i called around 09:00 on each of those mornings to move the delivery to the following day. Which telephonically i was told had been done. <br> <br> After receiving no sms on Thursday(yesterday), i called at around 12pm to find out if my delivery was actually on its way or not. I explained what had happened above and was told that my delivery would come Thursday afternoon. Later on Thursday afternoon i called again because well there was no delivery and was finding out if what i had been told was actually going to happen. <br> <br> I was then re-assured That it would be delivered today after 12pm. At 12pm i phone just to confirm this. Guess what. No surprises there, my delivery is not on its way, on top of that the consultant told me that she was going to call me back in 15-20 minutes after finding out about my delivery. Still waiting...
