Incorrect information given

Received a call on Thursday (16.05/2019) afternoon to confirm delivery address for order # *** and was told that delivery would be Monday the 20th which is today. The self service link sent also states that delivery will on/before 20 May. Since I didn't get the confirmation sms like I was told I will get this morning, I called Digital Planet to enquire, now the story changes, I'm told the delivery won't be today but in 3 days.

Problem is i'm supposed to be on leave but I opted to come to work today as I was told by the consultant and the system that my delivery will definitely be today Monday the 20th. I'm willing to wait by latest 16:00 today but I need my orders to be delivered today as promised please. I cannot afford to be around here tomorrow.
