*********** Service- Digital Planet

Digital planet is *********** in their service, they never follow up on ANY QUERIES. The always have petty excuses despite the fact that we as retailers bring business to them. They make false promises that they try to contact customers . We placed an order for one of our customers on the 31 OCTOBER 2018 and its the 23 of NOVEMBER 2018, Despite having 3 HOURS worth of calls trying to resolve ONE QUERY!!
