Impossible to get hold of

Terrible, disappointing service. When Digital Planet call me, the person hangs up immediately. When calling them back, I stay on the line forever wasting airtime and my time, only for the line to be disconnected eventually. I've repeated this 3 times already! And logged an email on their online form. As a result of them being impossible to get hold of, my FNB device that needs to be delivered, will be cancelled by FNB.
