I just need clarity
I would just like to know when I can expect any kind of communication. I ordered a phone via FNB on the 30th and I received a message saying they’ll contact me within the next 24 hours (which would’ve been the 31st) but they never did. I know they were closed from the 1st until today but I was expecting a call on the 31st and it never came.
