i have app**** for a cell phone contract online with FNB and i have cancelled the first time because i have made a wrong order , and i ordered again to make a correct order and i was told to bring my original id and i dint have my id it was lost at home when we were moving so RAM went back with the parcel it was on Thursday 15/02/2024 and the delivery guy confirmed he will deliver tomorrow on the 16/02/2024 and the head office from Digital Planet called and confirmed this , even today i have been calling the whole morning from Friday i am being sent from pillar r to post when i check the status of the delivery its been like this the whole day all consultants said will call you back none of them came back to me
