Horrible unprofessional service
I am deeply annoyed at the putrid service I have received from this company with regards to delivery of my order (tracking number: FNB289957). I was first told to expect delivery on Wednesday 4 may 2016. Instead I received a message at 19:14 informing me that they were unable to deliver my order and that I should contact the call centre to avoid cancellation. When I called on Thursday 5 may, I was told that they came to my place of residence at approximately 6:30pm the night before to deliver and called me on my office number, but upon receiving no answer, left without delivering. Firstly, who calls an office number out of office hours and then leaves without trying alternative contact numbers?? Secondly, i believe they **** about even coming to deliver since I have a security guard at the front desk in my apartment's foyer who always calls when deliveries arrive. I was also told that the issue would be escalated to management and i received an apology. Nevertheless, I made it absolutely clear that I should be called on my cellphone upon delivery and arrangements were made to deliver on Friday 6 may. I called the call centre again on Friday at 16:21 and AGAIN informed them to call on my cellphone. It is now 20:04 and I have not received delivery. I have had my phone on me all day and no calls came through. I informed my security guard to expect a delivery and to call me should any delivery arrive for me. No calls, no delivery and another threatening message saying that delivery was attempted at 6:30 and was unsuccessful so now my order is at definite risk of cancellation!!! This is ludicrous and I do not have the time to waste on the inefficiency of this company. I expect a speedy resolution and I WILL be taking this up with FNB. From reviews on sites like hello peter, I gathered that this is a common problem with the same generic apology from management and this is totally unacceptable!!! I will not rest until FNB chooses a different courier company that is actually competent enough to deliver as promised!! Sincerely, Dr. Z. Waja
