Great customer service

As an existing private wealth client from FNB. I am impressed by the service I had received from a digital planet consultant Eva Tyhala. I was assisted by Eva on the 2020/01/13 she arranged my delivery and then explained the TCs thoroughly. My estimated delivery date was scheduled for the 17th Jen to which I communicated to Eva that I was not going to be available on that date, she then assured me that she was going to try her best to get my parcel delivered to me before the actual delivery date. Nonetheless I received an SMS on the 2020/01/15 saying my parcel was going to be delivered. Eva called me to let me know my parcel was out for delivery and that I should make sure I had the right documents. My parcel was delivered successfully and I am truly grateful to have been assisted by a such bubbly comedian Eva The first women of the Bible!
