Great customer care from Eva

I had ordered my Tv through Fnb and when I called in, they gave me round around about delivery until a consultant by the name of Eva stepped in to help. She was so polit and helped every step of the way. The line kept cutting and breaking off and everytime I would drop the call, she would call back. As much as the delay wasn't her fault she still made sure I get my order. I have never in my life come across such a humble soul. Eva was able to give me call even after I had received my order just to check. I am impressed by the service she gave to me and wish Digital Planet could actually acknowledge their consultants.
