I would like to compliment William and Leandi from Digitalplanet for their fantastic service.<br> There was a slight error in pricing for an item I wanted to purchase and William did what ever it took to ensure I paid the correct amount. <br> Leandi helped me over the phone throughout the entire purchase to ensure it all went smoothly. <br> William then called back to personally receive the order number to make sure that the order was confirmed. <br> <br> Well done! Their service was both professional and so very helpful. They did not at all make me feel as if I was being difficult.
