Frustration
I placed my order on 29/12/21 , they promised to call me back within 24 h ... right now nothing even if i track the order it seems stuck untill now no evolution. Im thinking to cancel the order and try another courier

Kindly note when you arrange delivery online, the contact centre will not have the order come to their system to contact you.
The order is with the warehouse and they were closed for holidays, I will request for the order to be handed over to the couriers.
