FNB Connect/Digital Planet Nightmare saved by Mpho Moshiga and Rofhiwa Sinyoro! Thank you for reassuring my faith on both companies.

I've been one to frequently purchase smart devices from FNBs Smart Device ( now FNB Connect) site. I have not done so since 2019. On 20th June I attempted to order a device. It was a colossal mess up resulting in my order being returned and canceled. I was at wits end because nobody seemed to understand plain f*@ing English at both Digital planet and FNB Connect.

I was at the point were I was past giving a darn, I've complained numerous times and still greeted with the same generic, hollow feedback and responses.

This was until Mpho Moshiga and Rofhiwa Sinyoro stepped onto the scene. It wasn't their mess, not their fault at all but between these two ladies one of them picked up the **** up and took the chance and approached me, whilst CCing the other. They both apologized for the misunderstanding and reassured me that this wasn't a reflection of FNB or Digital Planet. I warmed up to them and Gave them their chance to prove what they can do.

We began communicating on 07th July, I had my device on 12th July ❤️ complete with a follow up email to check if I had received the delivery.

Thank you ladies for taking it to the next level! PS: I've ordered my Laptop on Sunday Evening, truly praying for the team who receives my order follows your efficiency
