FNB connect device order

I ordered a device on FNB connect. I got approved immediately and details for delivery were communicated swiftly, i was suppose to get my delivery today and the driver called to confirm my address and availability but to my surprise when i called the driver in the evening he said FNB cancelled my order. I called FNB they said they dont know what could be the issue they said i must call digital planet and digital planet said i must call FNB because they called for cancelation it was a back and forth.. why would you send back an order that was out for delivery already? a order what was approved? what if the order gets damaged through this back and forth? this is complete nonsense FNB and digital planet
