Faulty xbox device delivered, NO service delivery
So i ordered my FNB smart device from FNB which was the Xbox one. Needless to say this device is seriously glitchy. It wont update and is basically an expensive paperweight. I called digital planned tech support and the so-called tech \guru"asked me to e-mail a photograph of the error i was receiving. I did this and to this day i have not heard back from anyone.

I have sent numerous e-mails which appear to be ignored. I have called numerous times and i keep getting told to send them a picture of the error i receive. I got an automated response to the e-mail i sent stating that i would be contacted with in the hour. Here is the email"
