faulty tv

digital planet sold me a faulty tv , I used it for four months then it stopped working . I phoned them , they sent their technician and he said its electricity fault . I have two TV's , two laptops and both of them are working except for their 43 inch smart tv , the lady phoned me on Monday and said they will call me back up until today i have not received any feedback but they call me for their money . can someone hone me back or sort this out . my number is *** .
