False delivery Times !!! No Delivery !!!!

Been waiting for an order from FNB for almost 2 weeks now, the first one was hijacked so I cancelled the order and placed a new one, now been waiting for the second one continuously getting false promises from your courier "RAM". You send messages stating delivery will take place between 09:00 and 17:00 but yet you still try deliver after 17:00 and then have the audacity to send me a message and say I will be liable for the courier costs !! What terrible service honestly... DP your courier company is letting you down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
