Extremely poor customer service from Digital Planet

Worst customer service I have ever received. I had ordered a TV from fnb. I have not been able to get any answers from digital planet. I have on the phone with an agent every day, who claims they will call back with answer, and not one person has returned my call. FNB will lose clients thanks to digital planet. Very unreliable agency and staff. This is definitely the last time I will place any orders with them.
