Explosion of cellphone!

Following the incident involving the explosion of my husband's cellphone, it was sent to Digital Planet for a thorough examination. Their findings revealed that an incorrect charger was utilized, which led to the explosion. This device is relatively new; we acquired it five months ago, and it has been in use for only three months. As a Samsung user myself, I have used various chargers without encountering any explosions. Interestingly, the charging system that came with the cellphone is the one in question. Now, I have been informed that the warranty will not cover the replacement of the cellphone, which I find to be unacceptable. Upon conducting my own research, I have found that overheating is a prevalent issue with this model, yet you attribute the problem to the charging cable and plug, thereby neglecting to address the underlying issue. I invite you to contact me, and I will gladly provide images of the cellphone in question.

I received a call requesting my husband's details in order to provide him with additional information. This information was shared with the customer care representative who called, but he did not receive a follow-up call. Please send me a report on your findings, and I will compare this with the second opinion we obtained. It is unreasonable to expect individuals to commit to monthly payments for products that have a limited lifespan due to manufacturing defects. This may explain the absence of a warranty for such issues.
