I had an awesome emphatic experience with an the amazing Tshepo Khati, FNB DEVICE GURU DESK, helpdesk agent. He patiently listened to my concerns about my faulty cellphone.He made me feel valued, heard and appreciated. This guy is a true asset to the FNB DEVICE GURU DESK. He upholds the values of your business, and can only soar to higher heights within your business. He has a pleasant voice, warm personality and has the ability to make the client feels " heard".
