Empty promises, impatient driver

Yesterday the driver came and did not even try to get hold of me and he left with my parcel. I called immediately after getting a message from the receptionist. I was promised a call back by the call center agent which I am still waiting for. 18:50 yesterday I received a message saying I need to call them to avoid cancellations. I called first thing today and I was promised that the driver will deliver today. Few minutes later I got a call that drivers have left and there is nothing that can be done. I begged and luckily so far Elizabeth is helping me with feedback given. While waiting because I am now scared of empty promises I called the call centre again and got the call reference for the first time. My call ref. is FNB232525. I need this phone today and if not today I will have to cancel and consider other means of getting a phone.
