Empty promise
I'm reporting on behalf of my boyfriend, he bought a phone from your company on the first of February 2018 and was given a reference number AB89920 promised delivery on the 5th of February 2018 but up till today he never received the phone. He tried calling the company several times but still he has not received anything and there is no communication from the company as to why they haven't delivered. His phone number I ********** 029. Can you please reverse the money to his account because he does not need the phone anymore he has waited for Long, it's a month full now waiting for that phone. Please act urgently like when you deducted the money from his account.

07 Mar 2018, 21:21As far as I know nothing was ever delivered to him and when talking about the service provider who exactly are you talking about. Why don't you keep contact with your customers, why was he never notified about anything? The money was paid to your company isn't it suppose to be you who take responsibility of everything, or isn't it you that suppose to give us unswers? Can I have those answers this is really out of hand and unacceptable.
