DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE

I made my purchase through FNB expecting a real courier company to deliver my parcel. Only to be notified Digital planet would be handling my query. The bad reviews are all right. I was called at 10:56 and got informed my delivery will be done today and I expressed to the lady that I am only available till 4pm. Obviously they were a no show!!! instead a "delivery guy" by the name of Siyabonga Dube WHATSAPP called me to ask me what time I would be leaving and proceeded to tell me he was only in Midrand. We rescheduled for tomorrow but now he is changing times then later proceeds to tell me his car broke down and he won't be able to deliver in the morning as stated. This is also after a Lovemore from Digital planet called me wanting to confirm my details again and I had to then explain that my parcel was not delivered. THIS IS ABSOLUTE MADNESS! I EXPECT MY PARCEL TOMORROW BY 08:30 AND A FORMAL EMAIL DETAILING THE HORRIBLE INCOMPETENCE FROM HO TO THE DRIVER.
