Disgusting service

Disgusting service. They sms you to say your package out for delivery. You call them to find out what all will be needed and they advise just a copy of your ID. Their courier partner arrives and days sorry we need your original document. The courier company call Centre calls your immediately to advise they will arrange for driver to come back later. You then call the driver to find out what time he will arrive and he says he not coming back today. You call digital planet and they tell you they can't do anything. Seriously disgusting service
