Disgusted
I am absolutely disgusted with the service received from this company. I arranged for delivery with the consultant and asked her if my parcel could be delivered today and she advised no but I got an sms my delivery will be done today. I do not have my original ID and they refusing to deliver I was not advised correctly for me to carry my ID and now it becomes my problem I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I received I won't recommend this company to anyone

The order was out on delivery as it shows when the courier received the message that it is an Urgent delivery, they pushed for an early delivery. As discussed over the phone, delivery has been re-scheduled for Monday.
We will keep track on the order and confirm once delivery has been done.
