Digital ********

I ordered a black Friday TV deal from Vodacom, and was promised assistance from Digital planet, Ive been advised that my parcel is out for delivery with Collivery (MDS) couriers by the 10th however, when i called MDS today 09/11/2020 ive been advised that delivery is only due on the 14th. what concerns me though is that the courier company has advised that my parcel ( a 58'TV) is only the equivalent size of a laptop box, there is no one in this department answering the phones to give us any assistance or guidance on this and it is becoming extremely frustrating as we followed all the necessary protocols in claiming this through a voucher etc etc.
