Digital Planet...Stay Clear
Steer away from Digital Planet. Seems as if they are *********** company. I placed an order for a device as a Christmas gift on 16 December. Received a notification that the item will be delivered to me tomorrow, 21 December between 9am and 5pm. To my utter dismay, I called them now and they inform me casually that the warehouse closed on Friday. Why was I not informed of this...I have been told to just wait to January. Fnb you will loose valuable customers for this company's incompetence!!!
