Digital Planet: Worst Service

FNB Connect Service Centre Digital Planet is the worst service provider. I needed my phone to be collected for repairs and Digital Planet made arrangements for collection of my phone without me confirming collection and address of collection. A delivery service came to collect the device several times at the wrong address, even though I indicated that the cellphone must be collected at my work address. After more than 6 calls to FNB Digital Planet, a service agent Lindokuhle, forward me a transmittal, that indicated the details for collection of my phone, which still indicated the wrong address and cancellation of collection. She indicated she would investigate into the cancellation but no feedback was provided. During my call with Lindokuhle i indicated that i am away on certain days for work and that she should arrange the collection for the 16 April 2025. Today which is the 16th April, i called FNB digital again and Lindokuhle indicated that a driver came to collect the package yesterday, after indicating that i was not available. I was so furious with her. She indicated that she will escalate the matter and provide me with feedback. I waited most of the day and made two return phone calls to FNB Digital Planet, on my second attempt, Lindokuhle answered, and I wanted to speak to her manager. It was a coincidence that her manager could not take my call. I asked her what strategy was in place for the errors made, she could not provide me with one. I asked if I could contact her service provider, she indicated that it was not allowed, I asked if I could drop off my phone for repairs, she indicated it was not protocol.
