DIGITAL PLANET - PATHETIC COMPANY !! PATHETIC SERVICE !!

I will NEVER order from FNB again as long as this is their preferred courier. I ordered my Garmin GPS watch on Black Friday. I was booked of sick the following Monday and Tuesday and had missed calls due to sleeping in bed. I receive the following SMS on Tuesday evening from Digital Planet : We have NOT received your delivery address for FNB Order FNB 727813. To avoid cancellation, click on link or we will call you within 24 hours. I click on link but the website can not find my delivery address and they notify me that someone will contact me. I then also log a query on their website, leaving my email address as an alternative to contact me. The Wednesday morning, I receive a call from Johannesburg number, which I reject due to being in a meeting. A few minutes later I get an SMS saying that my order has been cancelled, because I did not pick up my phone. I contacted William from Digital Planet and he does not have record of my email or my online query on their website. He asked me to phone FNB, because my Garmin watch was now send to another client. I also contacted FNB and emailed my frustration and I have had no feedback from anyone. I don't expect as response from FNB or Digital Planet, but would like to warn other clients.
