Digital planet Not Answering Calls Regarding Delivery
I received a call from Digital Planet but when I answered it no one spoke and the call ended.
Realizing it’s them calling regarding my delivery I immediately returned the call, of which I waited for over 10 minutes to be transferred to a consultant. Eventually the call got disconnected.
What’s really worrying me is tomorrow the 20th of December I am leaving for holidays. I am willing to go pick up the package at their branch in Paulshof to minimize delays
