Digital Planet Lagging Behind

Digital Planet is lagging behind when it comes to deliveries in modern South Africa. Their stated delivery dates and times are vastly incorrect,. Orders are delivered arbitrarily. The only support line is via FNB and their ability to assist a customer is through promises that leaves the customer without any real result or answer. I honestly don't accept this tardiness. Digital Planet communicated a delivery date by no later than 5 March 2020. It is 6 March 2020 today. I am still without my order. I am still wondering when my order will arbitrarily be delivered.
