Digital Planet is the worst service provider!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm waiting over a week for a delivery. They try calling me and whenever I answer, they drop the call and send an SMS saying they don't have my details and there's a risk that the order will be cancelled. When I try calling them, the calls do not go through. I need my delivery!
