Digital Planet is the worst Courier Company I came across

Digital Planet must be the worst courier company i have ever came across !!! Gives the customer false information like telling you your parcel will be delivered and then it doesn't get delivered. On Friday i got a call from Digital Planet saying that my order is ready they just want to confirm my delivery address, i gave them my delivery address on Friday and asked if the item can still be delivered on Friday and the lady said unfortunately it won't be possible but they would deliver it on Monday. When i phoned Digital Planet on Monday to ask when the parcel will be delivered i was told no it won't be delivered on Monday it will only be delivered on Wednesday. I find that as the worst customer service ever telling a customer they will deliver something and then you get told something else on the day of delivery. Most of the companies in South Africa think that they do the customer a favor and forgets that without customers they wouldn't even exist and today Digital Planet just proofed that to me again with what they did. Afrihost should seriously consider using someone else to handle their deliveries because these people are going to give them a bad name !!!!!! I just Lastely want to also metion that my order at Afrihost was placed on the 17th of October and i only got a call from Digital Planet on the 20th of October where the order sat with them for 3 days !!!! Really pathetic......
