Digital Planet is a ****. Bunch of *****
I think Digital Planet is really a ****. And this thing of delivering broken tv‘’s is a common practice it seems.
Again I’m gonna state my story. They delivered a broken tv to me in November 2022. I didn’t sign for it and sent it back. They kept on giving me nonsense stories abt investigating the Matter. Mind u, I was calling them all the time. Even Vodacom refused to assist me in this matter, since they are once who are in business with Digital Planet, and I have the contact with them. I’m LITERALLY PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE. So long story short, ……
So on Tuesday a lady from Dig Planet contacted me to say that received my new order from Vodacom and will deliver my tv, by Friday 17:00. I received an sms to confirm that. On Friday morning aft 11am, I was again contacted by Dig Planet and was informed that my tv will be delivered by Friday 17:00. I was contacted by them aft 5pm again saying that the tv is out for delivery. Even the courier company, Nuclues Courier, phoned me to say that the tv is out for delivery.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE TV WAS NEVER DELIVERED
We sincerely apologize for your experience, we have followed up with the courier to understand the reason for the delay.
Kindly remember delivery is 3-5 working days and today is day 4, we will push for it to be delivered today before the end of bussiness.
