The Customer services ladies from this company have such a huge attitude and are ****y. Vodacom had to call them to ask where my package was and they just said the package is not going to be delivered they will send back the vodabucks. Sies.

I asked why did they accept orders and have items availale that are not there??
The response I got was hai, thats not our problem there's nothing we can do. We will send you back your vodabucks. the inconvience this has caused is i am now a person that gave an empty promise for a lame excuse from Digital Planet
