Digital Planet - empty promises

Please note that i placed an order on the 23rd November 2020 and payment was processed and confirmed the same day. I was assured that within 5 - 7 working days i would receive my order, it has been 12 working days and each day i call a consultant gives me a different apology and ensures escalation of the order and delivery the next day, this has been the trend since last Tuesday i.e. 01 December 2020.

I have tried calling the contact centre the entire day today and have not been successful, each time i am requested to leave a voicemail yet since last week there has been NO communication to me from ANY digital planet employee even though ALL calls end in "we will call you by end of business":
