Digital planet and Fnb pass the buck!!

Terrible service!! On the 28th of November I received a sms stating that my delivery will be delivered on or before the 29th of November. The 29th I received another sms stating that Digital Planet will deliver on that day. That did not occur!! On the 30th I received another sms stating they will deliver that day and they out on delivery. Again no delivery!! On the 6th of December yet another sms stating digital planet has received my order and should have delivery in 24hours. Today on the 8th I get a sms stating my order is canceled. I have called in since the 29th of November receiving no answers and not one call back. My order was placed through Fnb product shop and they as well could not assist. They just both blame one another I get told phone fnb then get told call digital planet then get told to email fnb then from there email digital planet. All they do is pass the buck and I as the customer need to do all the work. As of yet I still have not received my parcel and getting worried as this was mentioned to be a Christmas gift for my kids.
