I am waiting for a laptop through FNB via Digital Planet, there is no tracking on their site (that i can see) the parcel that was arranged for today (as agreement stated on FNB website order tracking), they now say it is sitting in their warehouse. My daughter needs this laptop for university. Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. Astounding. Will not order anything again through FNB until they change their courier.
