Delayed Delivery

Yhoh I am so defeated. My parcel has apparently been turned back because my contact details were incorrect , however my address was right there + i had used their watsapp line/chat to leave ALL DETAILS /CLEARLY STATED before the parcel went out for delivery. I then called and asked to update my contact details , I was then told this will result in a 36 HOUR delay ... I am just hoping and praying i get my package today , when u call they even reject our calls or divert them { I was diverted to another client } who had also been calling them multiple times.

on top of that we are liable for delivery costs ... I am just defeated and disappointed
