Delayed Delivery
Good day I just need to say that your service is up to **** , I was informed that you wont deliver my package because there is no brochure attached to the parcel , an then I get told I have to wait up until 14 working days for delivery , and with a bull**** statement when you call in to you guys , " Place your clients trust in our hands " , you really need to rethink that. If I do not receive my package today , I will lay a formal complaint by the service ombuds
