Customer needs help

I am so upset today I bought a TV on the 29th of November at 12:24 was most probably one of the first to purchase. I called the next day coz I haven't received my order number (vodc 15777) then I called again the Tuesday the lady told me it is in the pipe line and they will dispatch with in 5 to 7 days. Then I tried calling today and can't get through the call kept getting dropped after 10 min of waiting on hold so I tried contacting over Facebook messenger and I get told that my order is canceled and I should contact vodacom. So I contact vodacom and they say I should contact digital planet. I feel like I'm getting the run around can someone just please tell me where my TV is.
