Broken promises
Hi,
I have been contacted by your call centre people a day ago promising delivery that same day and nothing was delivered and today I called in and I was again promised delivery and again nothing was delivered.
Everything on MWEB's side happened without any hassles until you guys had to deliver and now you're making them look bad since they are affiliated to you.
Consistency is everything in business and it would be great if you guys realised that and followed through on promises.
Please get back to me asap, I make my living using the internet. Order number: 94078.
