Broken laptop. Very dissapointed

I been struggling with this company. I got a laptop december and it was not even going on when on charged i phoned them immediately. A week before christmas they would have it collected it. Im still waiting on empty promises. I been calling non stop and everytime excuses. I said i wanted a new laptop as i received it broken. It was a christmas present that i paid for. Now im still waiting.
