Broken 65"4K Hisense TV on delivery

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from Digital Planet Company.

I placed an order for a TV through FNB, expecting it to be delivered smoothly via Digital Planet services.

To my dismay, the TV arrived on the 11th of December at 07:55, only to be unpacked later and discovered that it was broken.

When we brought this issue to the attention of the company, they nonchalantly dismissed it as out-of-box damage, implying that we were responsible for breaking the TV, mind you they did not even send someone to come inspect the tv to assess what could be wrong since it's the display acting up.

Feeling utterly defeated, I turned to the online platform "Hello Peter" for solace, only to find that I am not the only person who has had the unfortunate experience of receiving a BROKEN HISENSE television upon delivery. As a loyal customer for several years, having ordered 4 devices from them, all of which are still in impeccable condition, I am appalled that FNB continues to associate themselves with a company that delivers damaged goods. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

I'm writing this so someone does not fall victim to this cruelty. Do not make the mistake of being naive and trusting. Next time make the courier guy unbox the item and take video footage of the unboxing just to be on the safe side. And then you sign the delivery form.
