boycott Digital Planet

I just want to add my 2 cents on what i think about Digital Planet... the people running this company must all be ex politicians as the lies and **** promises never end, not to mention that no phones get answered. and ive called 3 times everyday since my order was placed but this only fell on deaf ears... mails are not rep**** too either.. I am a customer which helps to pay the bills, yet I get left in the dark, my order (VODC16177) conformation was received on the 29th October 2019, today is the 20th December 2019 and i still don't know whats going on with my order, my TV licence and delivery information has been sent and confirmed yet i still don't have my order... if it were up to me I would have Digital Planet blacklisted from all service provider Tender lists.. They are giving a very bad name to any who use their services if one could even call it that...
