Bad service

I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving. After almost 2 weeks since I submitted my order one item is still in the warehouse awaiting a hand over to the courier. Even the first item only arrived today after sms that I recieved saying the goods will be delivered on the 28th of May. This is really a bad service and really think Vodacom need to change the service partner as this is making them look bad.
