Bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p>On Monday i received a message around 7h45 telling me that my order will be delivered on that day the 6th of December between 9h00 am and 17h00 pm and i waited the whole day for it then at around 16h20 i called in wanted to check when is the sim card going to be delivered and the lady i spoke to told me that she will check with the courier company and get back to me in 5 minutes and of which she dint and today i got an sms telling me that they couldn't deliver my order and that i must call them to make another arrangement and i did and i spoke to another lady and this time i got her name Thembi and i told her my story then she also told that she will speak to the courier company and comeback to me at 9h00 am and nine came and gone and at 10h30 i called and luckily i spoke to her again and she assured me that the courier company told her that the order will be delivered today before 17hoo and i arranged that my father take the delivery for me and he stayed home the whole day and the guys didnt come and when i check the ordr status it said the delivery van came and couldn't deliver and to my surprise my father and my sister in law were there and they both confirmed that the guy didn't come so i want some one to make sure that i get my order tomorrow before 11hoo am as i cant be loosing work days waiting for the courier guy who never pitch this is such an inconvenience or can i get it delivered at the nearest FNB bank where i can collect it as this not a good service</p>
